Special Pumps – Model LHY

General Description

Small-flow & big-head sulphur pump is a key product jointly developed by our company and domestic institutes, universities and colleges. Because its head is very big and flow is very small, centrifugal pump can not satisfy its performance requirements, and vortex pump shall not be operating stably. So we apply brand new hydraulic design for this pump to give it advantages that normal centrifugal pumps and vortex pumps do not have. This pump is a full replacement of import products, which saves investment for clients. It is widely used to pump 130~158ºC liquid sulphur in various acid production process.

Basic type: mainly used for conditions with fluid medium(melting point not high, solidify quickly when stop), such as asphalt

Jacket type: mainly used for conditions with fluid medium(melting point and temperature not high, solidify quickly when stop), such as sulphur

Non-jacket type: mainly used for conditions with fluid medium(melting point very high, or will not solidify when stop), such as molten salt

Applications

Model LHY pump is mainly used in sulphuric acid, pyrite acid sulphur recovery, coal chemical industry, petroleum cracking of sulphur recovery and other materials needing heat preservation.
