Special Pumps – Model FGY

General Description

Model FGY high-temperature vertical molten salt pump is specially developed to pump high-temperature molten salts, working temperature <850ºC. Besides, it is also used to pump high-temperature chemical fluids. .

Model FGY pump takes full consideration of the cooling of transmission parts.

1. Set cooling devices for  bearing parts, preventing bearings from being influenced by high-temperature fluids.
2. Cooling water contacts directly with shaft. The high temperature of fluids will not transfer to transmission parts through shaft.
3. Unique construction guarantees cooling water won’t mix with fluids.
4. Free-maintenance & high temperature resistant seals prevent the saturated steam of fluids from escaping(especially in working conditions of molten salts, even little nitrite saturated steam is harmful to human, may cause cancer)

Applications

Model FGY pump is mainly used to pump all kinds of high-temperature fluids such as high-temperature molten salt, high-temperature molten slag, liquid lead and aluminum. It is widely used in high-temperature liquids delivery and heat transfer conditions such as nuclear power, solar power generation, chlor-alkali chemical industry, phthalic anhydride, maleicanhydride, acrylic acid, fluorine chemical industry, cryogen, aluminum oxide, melamine and organic chemical industry.
