Horizontal Pump – Model SD

General Description

Model SD is single-stage, double-suction, split case centrifugal pump. It is used to transfer raw water, clear water, non-drinkable water and hydrocarbon at the highest temperature of 105℃.

The main components of model SD pump include pump casing, impeller, pump cover, pump shaft, casing seal ring, shaft sleeve, bearings component and coupling component etc.

The pump casing is horizontal split type. Pump suction and discharge are located in the lower part of casing at the same height.

The pump shaft seal can be 2 types: soft packing seal or mechanical seal. The compaction degree of gland packing must be appropriate. The packing gland is open-type, so it has enough space for repair and maintenance.

Applications

Model SD pump is widely used in tap water, irrigation, drainage pumping stations, industrial water supply system, fire fighting system, marine industry and refinery etc.
